GROUP FITNESS
(60 minute sessions)
The initial session will involve a conversation with one of our physical therapists, either in person or by phone, that discusses the groups' fitness goals. Next, your physical therapist will create an actionable plan which will help achieve your goals.

Follow up-sessions will include exercises guided by your physical therapist that work towards achieving the groups' fitness goals. These exercises may include strength training, endurance training, and/plyometric training. This option is great for a group of individuals who are looking to improve their overall fitness together. This is also a great option for teams who are looking to improve their athletic abilities and sports performance.
