INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Ironphysio is an out-of-network provider. Treating patients as an out-of-network provider allows us to spend more quality one-on-one time with patients and will help you feel better faster. Traditional physical therapy practices will see you 2-3 times a week with many other patients at the same time. Our one-on-one treatment model allows us to usually see you 1-2 times a week and this will likely save you money in the long run. Insurance reimbursement usually starts with you making a phone call to your insurance company asking, "What are my out-of-network benefits?" Depending on your insurance plan, some or all of your physical therapy services may be reimbursed. For example, if you have a 40% co-insurance for out of network benefits, you could be reimbursed 60% of your payment each visit covered by your insurance company.  However, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse your services, therefore we are very transparent with our pricing. We will provide you with all of the information you need to be reimbursed. We offer a variety of different treatment 'packages' and will work with you to make your plan of care as affordable as possible!
