Pitching Performance

Pitching is a unique athletic skill that requires the whole body to be in tune and deliver the baseball to the catcher.  The kinetic chain references the entire body working on sequencing these movements to throw the ball.  If anything in the chain is weak, the chain breaks, thus resulting in injury.  Our program will prevent injury by emphasizing warm-up, prehab, strength training, agility exercises, core development, and advanced recovery methods.
