Frequently asked questions
1. I do not consider myself an athlete, can I still be treated here?
Absolutely! If you are someone who is looking for one-on-one physical therapy or sports performance/personal training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy we would love to help you reach your goals! We are able to individualize our treatment approaches for anyone who is in need of our services.
2. Do you accept my insurance?
Ironphysio is an out-of-network provider. Treating patients as an out-of-network provider allows us to spend more quality one-on-one time with patients and will help you feel better faster. Insurance reimbursement usually starts with you making a phone call to your insurance company asking, "What are my out-of-network benefits?" Depending on your insurance plan, some or all of your physical therapy services may be reimbursed. However, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse your services, therefore we are very transparent with our pricing. We will provide you with all of the information you need to be reimbursed. We offer a variety of different treatment 'packages' and will work with you to make your plan of care as affordable as possible!
3. I have tried physical therapy in the past and it did not help. Is it worth booking an appointment with Ironphysio?
Yes! If you have tried physical therapy in the past and did not get the results you wanted, please do not give up! We understand that every person is different and we utilize a person-specific approach to our care which many other physical therapy companies do not due to productivity and insurance demands. Let us help you. Contact us and you will not be disappointed!
