Recovery sessions may include cupping therapy, joint mobilizations, hands-on stretching, dynamic mobility exercises, and soft tissue mobilization. These sessions are a great way to help improve recovery after a sporting event and/or workout. In addition, they can help improve performance by decreasing pain and ensuring your muscles are functioning optimally!
