PHYSICAL THERAPY
(60 minute sessions)
The initial evaluation (first visit) will involve a thorough assessment of your impairments by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. First, you can expect to have a sit down conversation with one of our physical therapists about what you are coming in for and what your goals for physical therapy are. Next, your physical therapist will perform a thorough assessment of your impairments. Our physical therapists are experts in differential diagnoses of musculoskeletal impairments and will be able to determine the root cause of your pain/injury. Then, your physical therapist will discuss the findings from the evaluation with you and create an actionable plan to help achieve your goals, which will likely involve home exercises. Lastly, if time permits, we will begin to treat your impairments through manual therapy and exercise.

Follow-up sessions will involve one-on-one treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Treatments may include various manual therapy techniques and exercises to help reduce pain and improve impairments. Progress will be assessed frequently in order to ensure we are on the right track towards achieving your goals!
