SPORTS PERFORMANCE AND PERSONAL TRAINING
(60 minute sessions)

The initial session will involve a conversation with one of our physical therapists, either in person or by phone, that discusses your goals for sports performance or personal training. Next, your physical therapist will create an actionable plan which helps achieve your goals. 

Sports performance and/or personal training consists of one-on-one exercise sessions guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. These sessions will consist of exercises which work specifically to achieving the client's goals. Types of exercise may include strength training, endurance training, and plyometric training. This option is great for anybody who is looking to improve their athletic performance in their sport, get stronger, and/or improve overall well-being. In addition, this is a great option for anybody who experiences anxiety while going to traditional gyms as it allows for a personal experience in a supportive and family oriented environment!
