Sports Performance and Personal Training DETAILS
​Sports performance and/or personal training consists of one-on-one exercise sessions guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who also has extensive experience as a personal trainer. These sessions will consist of exercises which work specifically to achieving the client's goals. Types of exercise may include strength training, speed and agility training, and plyometric training. This option is great for anybody who is looking to improve their athletic performance in their sport, get stronger, and/or improve overall well-being. We have experience treating both adult and youth athletes and are able to adjust our sessions accordingly. In addition, this is a great option for anybody who experiences anxiety while going to traditional gyms as it allows for a personal experience in a supportive and family oriented environment! Beginners welcome! Proudly serving Southampton, Newtown, Richboro, Warrington, Doylestown, Philadelphia, Jamison, Levittown, and surrounding areas.

Fully equipped with free weights, olympic barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and turf for sports-specific training.
