Adult strength and conditioning DETAILS
Adult strength and conditioning consists of one-on-one exercise sessions guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who also has extensive experience as a personal trainer. These sessions will consist of exercises which work specifically towards achieving the client's goals. We can tailor our sessions to all ages and experience levels. Types of exercise may include strength training, mobility training, and cardiovascular conditioning. This option is great for anybody who is looking to get stronger, and/or improve overall well-being. In addition, this is a great option for anybody who experiences anxiety while going to traditional gyms as it allows for a personal experience in a supportive and family oriented environment!
